My name is Deborah Wardle, I live in Gloucestershire and am rapidly approaching 50! I started my HR career working in the Personnel department of a prison in 1994. I had no idea what i wanted to do at that point but within just a couple of years working in HR admin, I knew it was going to be the career for me.
I was very lucky to have some inspiring managers who supported me as i developed my skills and knowledge over the next 27+ years.
As I worked my way up to HR Management I also started studying for professional HR qualifications, by the time I reached HR Business Partner, in 2012 I was fully CiPD qualified - the picture is one of my proudest moments, at my CIPD Graduation with my parents
Starting my own business is a new and slightly scary venture but it is something I have thought about doing for a few years. My aim is to make HR less daunting for small - medium businesses. By providing the foundations for businesses to ensure they are compliant with employment law, I hope to be able to forge lasting trusted relationships with my clients and help them continue to build on those foundations and thrive
